Great as a snack or desert.   Ingredients: 1 Banana Cashews (1/4 cup) Oats (1/3 cup) Coconut (Optional)(1/4 cup) Ground Flax Seeds (1/3 cup) Dates (4/5 unpitted) Coconut oil   Take one banana and slice (it really doesn’t matter too much on how thick or thin the slices are).
